By accessing or using our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

This website is operated by Fighttek. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to these Terms.

Online Store Terms

  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase

  • You may not use our products for illegal or unauthorised purposes

  • You must not transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code

Product Information

We attempt to display product colours and images as accurately as possible. Variations may occur based on screen settings. Sizes are approximate.

Pricing

Prices are listed in AUD and may change without notice.

Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase information.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if fraudulent or incorrect information is detected.

Shipping

Shipping times shown during checkout are estimates only.
Delays caused by carriers (Sendle, AusPost, etc.) are outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

Our policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law.
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Fighttek is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product

This does not replace your rights under the ACL.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.

Pre-Order Policy

This Pre-Order Policy applies to any product offered as a “Pre-Order,” “Coming Soon,” or “Made to Order” item on our store.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Payment

  • Pre-orders are charged in full at checkout.

  • This secures your item in the production queue.

Estimated Timeframes

  • All estimated shipping or arrival times are approximate only.

  • Delays can occur due to manufacturing, supply chain, or freight factors outside our control.

  • If there is a significant delay (more than 21 days beyond the estimate), we will contact you with an update and options.

Cancellations

You may cancel a pre-order before the item has entered production.
Once production has begun, cancellations may not be accepted unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

Pre-order items are subject to standard consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
However, “change of mind” refunds may not be available once production has commenced.

Combined Orders

If you place an order containing both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together unless you choose split shipping (fees may apply).

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If a pre-order item is faulty, not as described, or does not arrive within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Competition Terms & Conditions

By entering any competition or promotion run by Fighttek, you agree to the following terms:

Eligibility

  • Open to Australian residents only.

  • Entrants must be 18+ or have parental/guardian consent.

  • Employees or contractors of the business are not eligible.

Entry Conditions

  • Entry requirements will be clearly stated in the competition post/page (e.g., follow, like, share, purchase, etc.).

  • Automated or duplicate entries are not permitted.

  • No purchase is necessary unless explicitly stated.

Competition Period

  • Start and end dates will be published with the competition.

  • Entries received outside this period will not be counted.

Prize Information

  • Prize details, value, and number of winners will be specified in the promotion.

  • Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable.

Winner Selection

  • Winners are chosen based on the method specified (random draw, judge’s choice, etc.).

  • Winners will be contacted via the method provided (email, DM, etc.) and announced publicly where applicable.

  • If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner may be selected.

Shipping of Prizes

  • Prizes will be shipped at no cost to Australian addresses.

  • International shipping is not provided unless stated.

Use of Entrant Content

By entering, you consent to us using your name, entry, or tag for winner announcements and marketing purposes.

Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify entries that:

  • breach the terms

  • use fake accounts

  • violate platform rules

  • contain offensive content

Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • late or undelivered entries

  • technical issues

  • platform outages

  • lost or damaged prizes during shipping

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, Shopify, or any other third-party platform.

Australian Consumer Law

Prizes cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
