Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
During high-volume periods, processing may take an extra day.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using:

  • Sendle (default)

  • Australia Post (backup option)

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Flat-rate or promotional shipping may be offered from time to time.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

These are estimates only. Delays caused by carriers are outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for:

  • Parcels sent to the wrong address

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If a parcel is lost or severely delayed, we will assist in lodging an investigation with the carrier.
However, we cannot provide a refund until the carrier completes their investigation.

Pre-orders

Any product labelled as “pre-order” will have an estimated shipping date listed.
Orders containing pre-order items ship together unless otherwise arranged.
