Returns & Refunds Policy

At Fighttek, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our policy follows the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which guarantees your rights to refunds, repairs, or replacements in certain situations.

Australian Consumer Law (Your Rights)

You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product has a major problem, such as:

  • The item is faulty or unsafe

  • It is significantly different from the description

  • It does not perform as advertised or expected

If the problem is minor, we will repair or replace the product within a reasonable time.

Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
However, we may offer an exchange or store credit on a case-by-case basis if:

  • The item is unused

  • The item is in original packaging

  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Return postage is paid by the customer

Incorrect Size

If you ordered the wrong size, we can offer an exchange if:

  • The item is unused and unworn

  • Original packaging is intact

  • You contact us within 14 days

  • You cover return postage both ways

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty:

  1. Contact us within 7 days

  2. Provide photos and your order number

  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with the ACL

  • Used items

  • Custom-made or personalised items

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
